These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Primapost ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website at primapostapp.com and all related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Primapost is a social media automation platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users create and schedule content across X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn. Our Service creates AI personas based on your posting style and preferences to automate your social media presence.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may only create one account per person.
3. Third-Party Platform Integration
- Our Service integrates with X and LinkedIn through OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- You authorize us to access your connected social media accounts to post content on your behalf.
- You remain solely responsible for all content posted through our Service to your social media accounts.
- You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform (X, LinkedIn).
- We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that may affect our Service.
4. AI Content Generation
- Our AI creates content based on your provided samples, preferences, and responses to our questions.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be perfect and should be reviewed before posting.
- You are responsible for all content posted by our AI on your behalf.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
- We offer Free and Pro subscription plans. Pro plans are billed at $12 per month.
- Payments are processed through Paystack, and you agree to their terms of service.
- Pro subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard by navigating to "Pricing" in the sidebar.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies.
- Do not use our Service to post spam, harassment, hate speech, or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to circumvent any usage limits or restrictions.
- Do not share your account credentials with others.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- We automatically delete successfully posted content from our systems after 24 hours.
- If you revoke OAuth tokens or if platforms revoke access, we will delete associated user data.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology related to the Service are the property of Primapost or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide to us, and we retain ownership of our AI technology and platform. You may not use, copy, or distribute our proprietary technology without permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations. We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy or effectiveness of automated posting.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primapost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to social media account issues, content performance, or business losses.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
